Additional cost incurred for delivery of badminton & squash rackets is $(16 + number of rackets) :-
-- 1 racket for $17
-- 2 rackets for $18 ($9 per racket)
-- 3 rackets for $19 ($6.34 per racket)
-- 4 rackets for $20 ($5 per racket).....and so on....
-- Up to 20 rackets for $36 ($1.80 per racket)
Additional cost incurred for delivery of tennis rackets is $(16 + 2 x number of rackets) :-
-- 1 racket for $18
-- 2 rackets for $20 ($10 per racket)
-- 3 rackets for $22 ($7.34 per racket)
-- 4 rackets for $24 ($6 per racket).....and so on....
-- Up to 20 rackets for $56 ($2.80 per racket)

For deliveries to designated addresses in Singapore, if the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a delivery advice will be deposited at the delivery address or in the addressee's letterbox at the delivery address, as applicable. The article will be made available for collection at Post Office (as stated in the delivery advice for a period of five (5) working days from the date of the delivery advice). If the addressee fails to collect the article within the period stipulated in the delivery advice, the article will be sent to the 10 Eunos Road 8, Singapore Post Centre, Singapore 408600 for storage for another five (5) working days. Should the Customer or the addressee fail to collect the item at SPC within the said period, SingPost may, at its sole discretion, and without notice and without liability to the Customer or any other party, (i) dispose of the article in any manner SingPost deems fit; or (ii) deliver the article back to the sender. The Customer will be liable for costs incurred in forwarding, disposing of or returning the shipment and charges, including but not limited to storage charges, administrative fees, duties and taxes (if any) for making additional delivery attempts and/or for performing the agreed action to be taken and shall ensure prompt payment of all such fees.
Please make sure that you have someone always available at your residential or workplace address during Singapore Post working days, from Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm and Sat 9am to 12.30pm, to acknowledge receipt of the rackets. In the event there nobody was available at your residential or workplace address when the delivery was made, you must be personally available to go to the designated post office during office hours within 5 Singapore Post business days to collect the rackets. In the event that you are not available to collect the rackets from designated post office, you have the last chance to collect your rackets within 5 Singapore Post business days during office hours from Singapore Post Centre located at 10 Eunos Road 8, Singapore Post Centre, Singapore 408600. After that, if the rackets are still not collected, an admin charge of $55 is chargeable.

SingPost liability is limited to, and shall not exceed S$150 per article or the declared value of shipment, whichever is lower, subject to Singapore Post terms and conditions as stated on Singapore Post website.
